The Instructional Strategy document we created as a class relates to stand 8 in the Maine Common Core Standards because in order to be an effective teacher we have to be able to reach all students needs. In order to do this, we have to know an array of different techniques that can help each and every student. In the document linked above, there are several different techniques that are written about different topics such as concept mapping. Standard 8 is about reaching all children and being able to understand their skills to fully ensure they are receiving the information best as can be.

This document will help me in the future because whether I am an occupational therapist or a primary school teacher, all of these techniques will help me reach many children and it can switch up how I teach my students information. Whether I am helping them with day to day activities or school work, I need to be able to know how to display the information in the best way possible.
